|AREA COORDINATORS||Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or in any related coursesAt least two (2) years’ experience in project managementExcellent in communications and writing skills
Experience in conflict resolution/mediation work
Computer literate with knowledge and skills on Microsoft Office
Salary: P 21, 000.00 a month for three (3) months
|AREA SUPERVISORS||Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or in any related courses
Above average interviewing and writing skillsAt least one (1) year experience in a supervisory roleExperience in conflict resolution mediation workComputer literate with knowledge and skills on Microsoft Office
Salary: P 19, 000.00 a month for two (2) months
|ENUMERATORS||Completed at least two (2) years of college educationGood interviewing and communication skillsResident of municipality where s/he will be assigned
Computer literate with knowledge and skills and Microsoft Office
Must have initiative to learn and contribute to the success of the project
Salary: P 16, 000.00 for one (1) month
|ENCODERS||Completed at least two (2) years of college educationMust have initiative to learn and contribute to the success of the projectEncoding Speed of at least 35 words per minute
